For those of you who have no clue, RSS is short for "Really Simple Syndication". Frankly speaking, RSS is just a label. So, what’s the point of having RSS Feeds though if it is just a label? They enable you to get news feeds and updates on any topics that interest you fast and easy. It delivers the headlines to you directly - you don’t have to check or be on the lookout on what’s coming.

How do you configure the RSS feeds on your iTalkWhoa! account?
It is as easy as 1,2,3. =P
First, click on the RSS Feeds under Mail panel and click on New Group to create a new category/group. From there, the Pop up box [RSSFeed Category Name] will appear and input any name for the new group – example - Entertainment, Sports or News or anything at all. Click on button [Add] - and the News Feeds will automatically appear in current Category Panel.
It looks and is INDEED so easy to configure. =P
The RSS feeds in categories - Entertainment, Parenting, News etc etc...
